COMMERCE
DUE DILIGENCE
VOR DER FREIGABE / BEFORE APPROVAL
The biggest cost risks in a commerce project are often not listed as separate items in a proposal. Missing scope, unclear integrations, underestimated migration, open ownership or unaccounted operating costs often only become visible after the project starts. CommerceDue reviews these risks before you decide.
DECISION CLARITY
CommerceDue helps you clarify the questions that matter before an important commerce decision.
Could services or requirements be missing that may later be charged separately?
Do the scope, technical complexity and proposed effort fit together?
Migration, ERP/PIM/WMS, integrations, hosting, tracking, SEO or operations.
Licences, support, operations, change requests and potential vendor dependencies.
You receive concrete findings and specific questions for the agency, vendor or project team.
PROPOSAL RISK CHECK
In just a few minutes, identify what you should clarify with your provider before committing - with no document upload.

EXPERIENCE
For more than 25 years, I have worked in e-commerce as a developer, project manager and managing director.
I have supported commerce projects from technical, operational and commercial perspectives, and seen how clients, agencies, software vendors, internal IT teams, business functions and specialist providers work together.
So I know more than proposals, requirements specifications and project plans.
I also know what happens after the contract is signed.
Where requirements later prove incomplete. Where integrations are underestimated. Where ownership remains unclear. And where seemingly minor wording becomes additional effort or change requests during delivery.
That experience is the foundation of every CommerceDue review.
I do not only review what the document says. I assess it against what a successful delivery will actually require.
